| General Sales Policy |
The policies listed here, in combination, are the terms of sale that govern all purchases at Anitec Computer Technology. Placing an order online at anitec.ca or in store at one of our retail locations constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order. |
| Sale Items |
All sale items are final sale. Product warranties still apply. Limited quantities apply. Sold on a first come, first serve basis. Orders must abide by any quantity limits and restrictions. Purchases for items with quantity restrictions per household are subject to approval before sale. Orders must be placed during the specified promotion period. Discounts cannot be applied to items ordered before or after the dates of the promotional offer. |
| General Return Policy |
Anitec will gladly receive any merchandise you would like to return, provided it meets the product's sales policy guidelines and is eligible for return. All product returns are subject to approval by Anitec before being accepted. |
| Return Items |
All product returns must be returned in their original purchase condition, and must include all original packaging and packing material, accessories, manuals, software, or other items provided by the manufacturer. |
| Return Items - Shipped Orders |
For products that were shipped, all returns must be pre-approved by Anitec and assigned an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to returning the item to Anitec. RMA returns must conform to the RMA guidelines and requirements in order to be honored. |
| Restocking Fee |
All items eligible for return are subject to a restocking fee: up to 15% if unopened, and at least 15% if opened. |
| Refund Amount Adjustment |
All returns for refund or credit will be refunded or credited at the current product pricing at the time of return (the product's current market value). The amount refunded will be the lowest current price listed on the Anitec website, minus restocking fees, or at the purchase price, minus restocking fees, whichever amount is less. |
| Price Protection Policy |
Anitec does not provide a price protection service. All product pricing is final and cannot be adjusted after invoicing. |
| Physically Damaged Items |
Products with any physical or user induced damage whatsoever (scratches, dents, burns, modifications, serial number tampering, etc.) are not eligible for return. |
| Physically Damaged Items - In Store Purchases and Pickups |
When purchasing an item in store, please examine each product closely for physical damage prior to leaving the store. Once a product has left the store, Anitec will not accept any returns for items that are physically damaged. |
| Physically Damaged Items - Shipped Orders |
Physical damage to products on shipped orders must be reported to both the Shipper and to Anitec within 24 hours of accepting delivery. |
| Defective Items |
Defective products are eligible for replacement (for the same product) for the duration of the Anitec DOA Limited Warrany period. |
| Defective Items - Shipped Orders |
Products deemed defective on orders that were shipped must be shipped back to Anitec. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and are not refundable. |
| Incorrect Items - In Store Purchases and Pickups |
When purchasing or picking up an item in store, please examine each product closely to ensure that it is the correct part before checking out. Any items that need to be returned will be subject to a restocking fee. |
