Anitec Limited DOA Warranty - General Sales Policy

During this warranty period, Anitec will offer a direct replacement (for the same product) under the following conditions: 1) the product is eligible for the Limited DOA Warranty, 2) the product meets the return item requirements as outlined in the sales policy, 3) the product is tested and deemed defective by an Anitec technician.

Component Anitec Limited Warranty

The Anitec Limited Warranty warrants products to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period. During this warranty period, Anitec will replace or repair defective items, facilitating the warranty process on behalf of the manufacturer. Certain limitations apply.

Manufacturer Direct Warranty

1 Year Limited

A manufacturer warranty is a service provided by the manufacturer to the end user (customer) directly. Manufacturer warranty data is provided by the manufacturer. Anitec cannot guarantee that this data is entirely accurate, complete or current. Please contact the manufacturer directly to obtain final information about the manufacturer warranty service provided.

The policies listed here, in combination, are the terms of sale that govern all purchases at Anitec Computer Technology. Placing an order online at anitec.ca or in store at one of our retail locations constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products with missing UPC codes, or for products which have had their rebates submitted.

Special order items are not regularly stocked products and are acquired on a per order basis. For this reason, products that are special ordered cannot be returned.

Anitec will gladly receive any merchandise you would like to return, provided it meets the product's sales policy guidelines and is eligible for return. All product returns are subject to approval by Anitec before being accepted.

All product returns must be returned in their original purchase condition, and must include all original packaging and packing material, accessories, manuals, software, or other items provided by the manufacturer.

For products that were shipped, all returns must be pre-approved by Anitec and assigned an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to returning the item to Anitec. RMA returns must conform to the RMA guidelines and requirements in order to be honored.

All items eligible for return are subject to a restocking fee: up to 15% if unopened, and at least 15% if opened.

All returns for refund or credit will be refunded or credited at the current product pricing at the time of return (the product's current market value). The amount refunded will be the lowest current price listed on the Anitec website, minus restocking fees, or at the purchase price, minus restocking fees, whichever amount is less.

Anitec does not provide a price protection service. All product pricing is final and cannot be adjusted after invoicing.

Products with any physical or user induced damage whatsoever (scratches, dents, burns, modifications, serial number tampering, etc.) are not eligible for return.

When purchasing an item in store, please examine each product closely for physical damage prior to leaving the store. Once a product has left the store, Anitec will not accept any returns for items that are physically damaged.

Physical damage to products on shipped orders must be reported to both the Shipper and to Anitec within 24 hours of accepting delivery.

Defective products are eligible for replacement (for the same product) for the duration of the Anitec DOA Limited Warrany period.

Products deemed defective on orders that were shipped must be shipped back to Anitec. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and are not refundable.

When purchasing or picking up an item in store, please examine each product closely to ensure that it is the correct part before checking out. Any items that need to be returned will be subject to a restocking fee.

In the event that you receive an incorrect item due to an error on Anitec's part, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please ensure that the product you are purchasing is compatible with your intended setup before checking out. All items eligible for return are subject to a restocking fee.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return the item for a refund or exchange, provided that it is eligible for return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Product pricing and availability is provided to Anitec by third party supply and distribution partners. Anitec cannot guarantee that this data is always accurate and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders with any such errors.

Anitec as a distributor and retailer orders products based solely on their Manufacturer Part Number (MPN). Any product variations that are not differentiated by the vendor with a different part number are considered by Anitec to be the same part. Anitec cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from such variations.
